I go to assemble with other like minded people of faith but am growing increasingly tired of the fakes and people clamoring for titles and positions. When my daughter died I got a total of four cards from the people at my church even though I had been actively involved for years in a large bible group and always called to let others know I was praying for them in their times of need. I forgive but that does not mean I rely or trust these people to really genuinely care and love like Christ loves. This makes me ask myself why bother to even deal with them. I can sleep in on Sundays and read my own bible but yet I assemble cause the bible commands it.
