The staff at Engage seeks to empower leaders and equip people in the work and priorities of Christ in everyday life and the ministries of Engage Church.
Jon Hand - Sr. Pastor. Jon is married to Aimee and has three children, Karis, Addision, and Cohen. Jon is responsible for teaching on Sundays, vision casting, and developing the staff and core leaders to grow Jesus-shaped lives and expand their influence in the life of Engage Church and beyond.
Kelly Chripczuk - Associate Pastor of Spiritual Life. Kelly is married to John and has two kids at home, Solomon and Sophia. Kelly oversees the development of our community group leaders and structure. Kelly is skilled at developing core resources to help equip those new to faith to live as apprentices to Jesus. Kelly also oversees and develops our ‘discipleship pathways’ at Engage to equip people to live out the way of Jesus in everyday life. She also serves in key aspects of pastoral care.
Mimi Hesse - Director of Engage Kids. Mimi is married to Bill and has two children at home, Keegan and Sally. Mimi gives direction and oversight to our Engage Kids volunteers. She has a passion for helping children engage with Christ on their level.
Tricia Cressler - Office and Staff admin Support - Tricia is married to Chris and has four children, Tricia helps to develop sustainable organizational systems at Engage. She has a passion to help people get connected at Engage and begin to experience Jesus-shaped transformation through discipleship and relationships. She also provides invaluable admin support for the pastors and staff. Tricia
Tom Kaden - Pastoral Intern for Missional Training. Tom is Married to Sarah and have two children, Lilly and Luke. Tom will be doing an internship from April 2011 - April 2012. Tom will be training at Engage in how to plant churches, equipping and training people to be missionaries of blessing, and learning to pastor in a post-Christian context. This is a year for Tom and Sarah to discern their gifts and explore how God might use them in their future.
