Here are a few things we think are important for the life and energy of Engage. We hope you can relate.
Be: Many people feel that they need to clean themselves up in order to be loved and accepted by others or by God himself, but we believe that all of us can come to God just as we are. Our church is comprised of people who are becoming who we were created to be as we get to know God and learn from others.
Explore: We believe that faith is strengthened when it has room for doubts and questions. We don’t aspire to have all the answers and recognize that life if often more a shade of gray than black or white. We hope to create a space where people can explore, in relationship, what it means to know and follow Jesus in the midst of our everyday, twenty-first century lives.
Inspire Life: We believe that as God breathes new life into us we receive a better picture of ourselves and the world around us. As people who’ve received new and abundant life through faith in Christ, we hope to enrich the lives of those around us. As we work and grow together we expect to impact our world through vision and action.
